CHILDREN’S CHOIR STARTS THIS FALL!:
We are so excited to announce that we are launching Children’s Choir this Fall! We will meet every Wednesday, 5:45-6:30pm, after which children are welcome to continue with our regular children’s programming till 7:30pm. Registration will be opening soon, so keep a look out for more information!
Through children’s choir, children Kindergarten through 5th grade will have the opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of music and the meaning of God’s Word, all while having fun! Even a child that has no apparent musical interest will benefit from the wide variety of activities offered.
This year, our theme is CHAMPIONS OF FAITH! We will focus on the heroes of faith and cloud of witnesses in Hebrews 11 and 12—a rich spiritual legacy of those whose lives of obedience provide worthy models for us as Christ-followers. These champions of faith motivate us to lay aside our sin and distractions, and with steady determination, run a faithful race as we keep our eyes on Jesus.“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight and sin that clings so closely, and let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the sake of the joy that was set before him endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God.” Hebrews 12:1-2
