At Collierville UMC, we’re trying to make it easy for you to find people who you can connect with and share the same interests. People make all the difference and we know you will have fun. Check out our groups and classes below and begin your path to a strong community that grows together.

Dinner groups are a great way to connect with others in our church over food and friendly conversation. Open to all adults, married or single, each group consists of 8-10 adults who will meet on a monthly basis to share a meal, fellowship, and faith. Each group determines how they want to gather, like a potluck at each other’s homes, dining out in restaurants, or something in between. Groups will gather for 6-9 months. Girls Night in… The Word

Young adult women join this group of ladies going deeper in relationship with God and with each other. They’ll split time in the word, working through topics and studies relevant to life, and in fellowship. They meet weekly, Sunday nights from 6:30pm-8pm in the Common Cup. Downtown Memphis Men’s Lunch Group

Calling all commuters! Life is busy but finding time to grow in faith and fellowship is worth it. Invite a colleague (or escape the office altogether) and join this group of men for study and fellowship every other Thursday, over lunch in various restaurants throughout downtown Memphis. Johnson Trail Walking Group

Come together for fitness and fellowship with this Johnson Park walking group. They gather on Saturdays at 7am and/or Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm at the log cabin in the park. For more information contact Lauren Ware at or 404-275-4322.

Mom Tribe

Working moms of young children, these are your people. This group strives to dig into the word of God and authentically share the joys and struggles of balancing motherhood, work, and faithful discipleship. Game Night

Young-ish Men’s Group

The Circle Widows Group

Are you on your own? After experiencing the great loss of a husband, life may seem incomplete and lonely. You are invited to join these women, as together they support one another in love and move forward in life with Christ’s joy and purpose. Men’s Community Bible Study

United Methodist Men

United Methodist Men is a fellowship of Christian men for all ages. This welcoming group is always open to new members and offers many opportunities for service and community. These men regularly meet for a weekly Prayer Breakfast every Tuesday from 7am-8am, and a monthly Men’s Breakfast with dynamic and engaging speakers every third Saturday of the month from 8am-9:30 am. United Methodist Women

Collierville United Methodist Women meet in 5 small groups, called circles, once a month from September to May. There are 4 daytime circles and one evening circle. Come as you are to a group where you can grow, laugh, love and belong. GIFT (Growing in Faith Together)

This class has a mix of members mostly in their 30’s and 40’s who are married, single, without kids with and with kids from birth to high school. The definition of Agape is “the special love of Christ.” Members of the Agape Class attempt to show this love through prayer, friendship, faith, and missions. The class enjoys biblically inspired discussions relating to Christianity today. The class welcomes members of any age, but the majority of the class is over 55.
