United Methodist Women

Our purpose is to know God, to develop supportive fellowship by encouraging one another in spiritual growth
and personal development and to serve others through local and global ministries.

CONNECT WITH US

There are a variety of ways to engage with the Women’s Ministry at Collierville UMC.

Connect with Women’s Groups

  • MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)
Tuesdays from 9:30am-12pm (During Collierville’s school year)
For moms of children birth to age 5.
    Meets at Poplar Location
  • MOMs NEXT
Tuesdays from 9:30am-12pm (During Collierville’s school year)
    For moms of school-age children
    Meets at Poplar Location

Those early foundational years are as important for you as they are for your child. Share with other mothers and join them for friendship, encouragement, and fun!

  • Circles
We meet in small groups called Circles. We have both daytime and evening circles. Our daytime Circles meet on the third Tuesday at 10am. The evening Circle meets on the second Monday at 6:30pm.At Circle meetings, we enjoy bible study, fellowship and food. In March our Circles meet together for a mission study. In December all Circles gather together for a Christmas worship Service and Luncheon.
  • J.E.W.E.L
  • Casseroles
We meet periodically in the church kitchen for fun and fellowship to prepare casseroles for those who need a little TLC. The casseroles are frozen and then distributed to anyone who has come home from the hospital, has just had a baby, or has lost a loved one. Last year 45 meals were delivered to 40 different households. This ministry really touches families at a time of need.
