Come help on Saturday, 5/17 8am to Noon get our Poplar campus ready for the 2025 UMC Annual Conference hosted at CUMC the first week in June. Breakfast snacks, Coffee, Lunch, snacks, & bottled water provided. Signup here: 5/17 Work Day.

Projects we are trying to complete are :

• Flower bed refresh – Need 10-16 people
• Shampoo carpets – * bring your carpet cleaners and/or we will rent a few – Need 2-3 people
• Touch up paint on walls through out Poplar Campus Various locations some small and simple. More hand the faster it will get done. Just need a steady hand – Need 5-8 people
• Paint exterior doors – Need 2-3 people
• Pressure Wash Sidewalks – Need 5-8 people with pressure washers
• Spraying weeds in parking lot – Need 2-3 people
• Mulching some high profile areas – Need 4-5 people

There is no help too small. Please come give us any time you can. Many hands make light work and if we finish early we will wrap early.

Please know that this workday we are focusing on the Poplar campus to get ready for the UMC Annual Conference 2025.

We are planning a workday for our historic square location at a later date.
