Men's Ministry

Our Mission - The mission of the United Methodist Men is to assist men to know Jesus Christ, to serve Him, to grow spiritually and seek daily to do his will. “For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." Matthew 18:20.

Letters from DAD - Men: So how are you doing on write those letters of blessing to your loved ones? Is there a graduation or anniversary coming up soon in which you would like to present that special letter? We are having refresher LETTERS FROM DAD classes on the upcoming dates. Bring your LFD kit and we will meet in Room #3, 6:30 to 8:00 pm on the following Monday evenings March 2- Lesson 1 March 16- Lesson 2 March 30- Lesson 3 April 13- Lesson 4 Or, perhaps you have not yet joined in on LFD and would like to do so. Contact Robert Evans, 619-2577 ASAP to get your required kit.

If God were to take you home today, what would your wife and children hold in their hands tomorrow that would let them know that they were the treasures of your life? “Letters from Dad” is a journey for men to leave a legacy of Faith, Hope and Love through the lost art of letter writing. CUMC is the only church in the greater Memphis area offering this unique program. For more information on “Letters from Dad”, visit its web site at www.lettersfromdad.com.
