We believe that marriages grounded, nurtured, and matured in Christ are essential to the life and vitality of our church. To help build up and encourage our married couples, we host a marriage-enrichment event each quarter called Ignite.

This year's emphasis can be boiled down to one word: with. For all sorts of reasons (work, family, school, etc.), we can sometimes forget, or push our "withness" to the side. We're committing to getting our with back by learning to have fun with (having serious fun), feel with (respect and love), switch with (love God first), and even be great with when we're not with (practice your promise) our spouse.

Join us November 18, 2016 for our next event, Feel with (respect and love)! Couples in all stages of their marriage are encouraged and welcome to come. Engaged couples are welcome, too! Nursery and childcare provided.

In our first Ignite event we focused on having fun with our spouse (dating) through taking a daily delay, weekly withdrawal, and annual abandon. Dating our spouses shows that we prioritize our time together. One of the challenges posed in the meeting was 52:16, that is, 52 dates in 2016. We're focusing on being intentional in dating our spouse.

It's easy to get in a rut, or turn date nights into getting caught up on the bills or doing everything other than focusing on your relationship. Date Night With a Purpose is designed to help us be more intentional in our weekly withdrawals through date ideas, conversational pieces, etc. We also want to help our young families out. It can be difficult to schedule dates. If this is you sign up for our upcoming Date Night With a Purpose below (dates: September 15 and October 20). The children will need to be dropped off at 6:30 and picked up by 8:30. Interested in getting more information on Date Night With a Purpose? Sign-up to receive our monthly email.
